Replace your morning phone scroll with 20 minutes of a book. Replace the podcast on your commute with an audiobook three days a week.
Read in your areas of highest priority, then read broadly enough to be surprised. One good book, genuinely absorbed and applied, is worth ten mediocre ones skimmed.
