Dear future self: You exist because of thousands of decisions made today, in conditions of uncertainty, with incomplete information, and under the full weight of the man I currently am — with all my limitations, fears, and unresolved patterns.

I want to ask you something: Did I use the time well? Did I spend enough of it on what I most valued? Did I tell the people I love that I love them, clearly and often? Did I show up when it was hard, stay present when distraction was easier, and hold my standards when lowering them would have been more comfortable?

What I can promise is this: I'm not sleepwalking. I'm paying attention, making deliberate choices, and trying — genuinely trying — to build something worth the time it requires.
